Rental Ad Copy

Every rental ready to go live, hours sooner.

Claire reads the photos and floor plan, writes the ad in your brand voice and sends it to the property manager to review. Three to five hours saved on every listing, and the property manager approves every word.

The difference

Ad copy lands at the busiest point of a new rental.

Claire has the first draft written by the time the photos are uploaded, and nothing is published until the property manager has approved it.

How the ad gets written.

Nothing new to learn. It starts from what your team already does.

  1. The property manager uploads the photos

And a 2D floor plan if there is one, into your CRM as they do today, then pushes the listing to Claire.

  2. Claire reads them

She finds the features worth writing about, including ones the copy may have missed.

  3. The ad arrives by email

A suggested description in your brand voice, with social versions for Instagram, Facebook and X.

  4. The property manager edits and approves

In a web app that keeps every version, for two weeks from the day the listing is pushed.

  5. It is published when they republish

The copy goes back into your CRM after review. Nothing goes live on its own.

  6. The listing becomes conversational

The office gets a QR code for its marketing that takes a renter straight to Claire for that property.

One job done. Two reasons to want it.

Questions we get asked.

What does Claire need to write the rental ad?

The listing’s photos and, if you have one, a 2D floor plan. Upload them to your CRM as you do today and push the listing to Claire. She reads the photos, finds features the copy may have missed, and emails the property manager a suggested description.

Does anything get published automatically?

No. The email links to a web app where the property manager can edit the copy, and it keeps versions. The copy goes back into the CRM after the property manager has reviewed it, and it is only published when the listing is republished.

How does Claire write in our brand voice?

A brand or agency persona and templates keep the output consistent whoever is writing, and the format can be set to each office’s preferred style and channel.

Can it write for social media as well?

Yes. Alongside the listing description, Claire can return social versions, for example for Instagram, Facebook and X.

How long can the property manager keep editing?

The editing window is open for two weeks from the date the listing is pushed to Claire.

Is leasing set up separately from sales?

Yes. Sales and leasing have their own settings, so you can set Claire up differently for each side of the business.
